About Me

Welcome to Reach Out Remedy.

My name is Deena Singh and I am an accredited Psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I hold a Level 7 qualification with a Master's degree in Counselling Children and Young People and have over 12 years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people, adults and families across therapeutic, educational and community settings.

My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. I understand that every individual's experiences, challenges and needs are different, which is why I work using an integrative approach.

My Approach

At Reach Out Remedy, I believe therapy should be personalised and flexible. No two individuals are the same, therefore therapy should never be "one size fits all".

I use an integrative therapeutic approach, meaning sessions may include talking therapy, creative work, CBT, psychoeducation, grounding techniques and therapeutic tools tailored to the individual's age, needs and goals.

Services Offered

I work with children from the age of 4, young people and adults, supporting a wide range of emotional and mental health difficulties.

1:1 Therapy

Individual therapy sessions for children, young people and adults in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to the individual's needs and may support difficulties such as anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, stress, low mood, self-esteem difficulties and life challenges.

Sessions are available face-to-face within Northamptonshire and online.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a supportive space to strengthen communication, relationships and emotional understanding within the family system.

Sessions can help families navigate challenges including conflict, emotional dysregulation, trauma, attachment difficulties, separation, behavioural concerns and family stressors.

Drawing & Talking Therapy

Drawing & Talking is a gentle and creative therapeutic approach that supports children and young people to process emotions and experiences in a safe and non-threatening way.

This approach can be particularly helpful for children who may find it difficult to verbally express thoughts and feelings.

Working Alongside Schools

I have experience working alongside schools and educational settings to support children and young people's emotional wellbeing.

I understand the importance of working holistically around the child or young person to create consistent and meaningful support.
